Silent Event Solutions for marketing events

How can you organise an international marketing event, with more than 500 ditributors, with high focus in plenary sessions and demos in 5 languages

without having chaos in noisy surroundings?

We had this challenge for the @Hyster-Yale European marketing days.

And in the meantime outside we had 4 demo sessions going on with rotating groups in 4 languages. By using our 8-channel silent-disco-event system, the whole event stayed low-noise, and the people attending the sessions stayed more focussed because there is no noise from outside disturbing your attention.

During the 3 days our headphones system was easily moved from outside demos to an indoor hall with other demos in 4 languages.

Attendants can always adjust their own volume on the headphone, which is also an advantage.
